I contacted Lazada customer service, and they asked me to contact J&T Express, but J&T's phone number was not in serviced 😳 Finally, I contacted the seller, who said the order was being processed and asked me to wait patiently. I explained the problem to the seller honestly; I wasn't deliberately being difficult, but rather there was a problem with Lazada's system. They promised to ship the item immediately upon arrival! The system was down from July 11th to 14th. Thankfully, I finally received the item today, and it works great! 👍 Thank you, UGREEN. But dear Lazada, I hope you can give us confidence in you, not cause us to lose faith!
